We worked on plans for the Alaska trip all morning. We are making progress, but have realized we plan to do more go more places than we will have time for. Sun came out so we packed up Alaska and headed for the beach. It was a very low tide and only one lone truck. As the tide was coming in, the fisherman arrived in their trucks. After walk on beach we returned to Escape to and put awning out and had a late lunch. Edna then took a nap and I read my Alaska fishing book.
Ate an early dinner and then took Woody and Al up to the beach. This was Al’s first time on a beach, while he does not like macadam roads the walkway to the beach was just fine. Tide was going out and we sat for a while enjoying the evening and sunset. On the way back on the walkway our trip became complete as there was “long legged rats” (deer), this combined with having to follow horses and riders into the campground on our arrival, it is just like home.
